Accident Overview
On November 5, 2019, at 7:50 a.m., our client was riding his bicycle down Green Valley Road at its intersection with Kipps Lane in unincorporated El Dorado County. He obeyed the rules of the road when another driver hit him, causing a serious accident. The accident resulted in the loss of work, serious injuries, and large medical bills, leaving our client uncertain.
About the Pickup Truck versus Bicycle Accident
This was a pickup truck versus a bicycle accident. The driver of the car that caused the accident was driving a 2014 Ford F250.
There were no adverse road conditions, and the accident happened when the driver failed to see our client.
After the accident, our client suffered a fractured clavicle, a laceration to his head, and broken ribs as a direct result of the car accident. Our client was transported via El Dorado County Medic Unit No. 3 to Sutter Roseville Hospital, where he underwent treatment for his injuries.
