The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) is polling Bay Area residents on their customer experiences. The short survey asks for feedback on a variety of topics, from the timeliness of busses, cleanliness and availability of cabs, to street safety for pedestrians and cyclists.
Results of the survey will be published later this year, and SFMTA Director of Transportation Ed Reiskin encouraged both San Francisco natives and frequent visitors to participate in the survey, stating:
“Whether you live, work or spend time in San Francisco, your opinion matters. We want to hear from you to realize the city’s transit first policy and create a more reliable transit system, better bicycle and walking conditions, easier access to taxis, and more convenient and sustainable transportation options.”
The survey only takes a couple minutes and is available on the SFMTA website. Give your feedback and let SFMTA know what changes you’d like to see when it comes to making our streets safer.
